The Executive Committee is made
up of elected regional councillors. It manages and
administers the association in accordance with decisions
taken by the Annual General Meeting. It delegates the day to
day management to the President and the Secretary General.
The Executive Committee is appointed by the Annual General
Meeting for a duration of two years, renewable a maximum of
twice, for each individual member. The internal regulations
of ARC require that the political representatives on the
Executive Committee should reflect the wide geographical
spread of ARC member regions across Europe. There should
therefore be no more than one full member from each country.
The Executive Committee is required to meet at least twice a
year.
