The work of the ARC
focuses currently on 6 projects.
ARC Members
participate in the projects that best represents their particular concerns. The
project team meets two or three times a year and the
project chairmen play an essential role
in the workings of ARC. ARC is an organisation which has two
prime tasks – the first to represent at a political level in
Europe the views of its member regions and secondly, to be a
forum for the exchange of experience and the establishment
of good practice in managing airport impact on local and
regional authorities. Project Chairmen are
influential in both these roles.
