Spatial Planning

The Spatial Planning Interest Group gathers expertise on the different planning systems in Europe and on the development of airport infrastructure. The group will look at the relation between airport design and spatial planning (the Airport City concept). On a European level they will try to understand how the Trans European Network Transport policy is affecting spatial planning locally, especially with regard to airport capacity questions.
