The digitalisation of aviation offers new solutions to obtain big data and convert it into valuable information. Deep and extensive knowledge can improve air-port governance because stakeholders can use it to strengthen relations with airport and aviation authorities and stakeholders, mainly airports and airlines. Therefore, the Airport Regions Council and one of its more active members, Aeroports de Catalunya, is glad to present a toolkit to fulfill one of the essential needs of local and regional administrations regarding airport activities: reliable, on-time information.
