ARC Position paper on the EU Ambient Air Quality Legislation plan revision
ARC Secretariat is regularly working with key European institutions, agencies, and partners. ARC cooperates closely with European institutions, such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), and the European Committee of the Regions (CoR). Relations with agencies and international organisations which handle aviation directly are a priority for ARC. Therefore, it has close bonds with EUROCONTROL, the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC).
As a member of the Airport Capacity Observatory, hosted by the European Commission and Network Manager EUROCONTROL, ARC succeeds to emphasise its vision and values in the investigation process to improve aspects of the European aviation industry.
ARC is a part of the Zero Pollution Stakeholder Platform launched by the European Commission and the European Committee of the Regions. The Platform is devoted to effectively mainstreaming the zero pollution agenda, helping create co-ownership, promoting collaboration, and fostering integrated solutions and actions that maximise synergies with decarbonisation and post-COVID-19 recovery efforts. ARC, together with its members from all over Europe, will commit its experience and efforts to this initiative as only by working together with all stakeholders, we can improve the quality of life of European and worldwide citizens.
