New ANIMA publication – Land Use Planning: A Key Approach to Reduce Airport Noise Annoyance

The ANIMA project is delighted to announce that a new publication on land use planning is available! The publication is based on the land use planning workshop which was held in Brussels, on 18 February 2020. The 44 pages report includes insights on land use planning from 17 speakers, explains the views of European Institutions, and it presents the case studies of 3 airports.

‘In the pages of this publication you will gain further understanding about the work that the ANIMA project is doing in the field of noise mitigation through novel approaches, and you will learn about the different pieces of the puzzle that need to be put together in order to effectively respond to the needs of citizens and aviation actors alike,’ – ARC Secretary General Marius Nicolescu.
